Update October 2023: According to M&A advisors’ platform Dealsuite’s UK & Ireland M&A Monitor report just out, in H1-2023, the number of sell-side transactions increased by an average of 4% versus H2-2022. A strong sign that there is good appetite for acquisitions of SME businesses.
